Balance has a multiplier effect

Balance (Equilibre) is a series of granite sculptures. The sculpture is a perpendicular recess of two bodies balancing
on a half-square and thus offering a cross seen from above and half-circles seen in profile. The carrond is the
favorite form of the plastic artist fusion of a half-square and a round symbol of balance, well-being, harmony. The
embedding is done via a cut, in the shape of elongated carrond, of the stone on each carrond.

Can the union of two balanced forms balance on a single entity? Can a single entity sustain the whole?

The series explores the balance between two forms of balance. One form is enough to hold both entities. The
primary balance of an element thus allows a multiplier effect.
